When you walk do the street, through the mall, even through your hallways Do you see gangs?
Bandanas hanging out of their back pockets black, blue, red, pink. It symbolizes who you are what you are representing.I feel as though it has gotten worse over the years. The world has changed into a cruel world full of nothing but violence. Gangs are everywhere. It use to be nothing more than the Bloods, The crips. Now it has transformed into The bloods, The Crips, 310, Tri-deca, and millions more.They are in every County, Every State, Every little city around the world now. In a gang you are suppose to show your support and to be accepted in most gangs you must be beaten until you are so sore. I dont think someone should have to deal with that just so that they will be accepted by a group of people. It is nothing more than a clique like at school. You get into trouble for graffiti, and fighting. You brand yourself with your groups symbol so you can never forget who you are and what you belong to. It is pointless, and its going to get you killed.
Do you think that gangs are going to continue to grow?

I do think that maybe it's a possiblility of gangs growing in this world. But it's not just gangs as in the branding yourself, and the bandanas and stuff like that, it's also gangs as in supposedly elite groups of people at school. Some people just think they're better than everybody else, so they group together and make life Hell for everybody who's not in their blessed little clique. Every school's got at least one of those. And those are also growing and growing and growing. I think this is because of stupid, pointless movies like "mean girls" and crap movies like that about elite groups who believe themselves to be better than everybody else. Hollywood has brainwashed everyone in America to believe that one person can be better than somebody else. It's a sad, sad, world that we live in.
ReplyDeleteYES! If they have grown that much by now, then of course they will grow more. I agree with you though. Gangs are pointless. It's just a reason to say you fit in and to make you think you're tough. I don't see why people want to be in gangs. I guess it makes them feel cool or something, but i don't know! I would not be in a gang.

ReplyDeleteI think gangs are an outlet for men and women to grow up together because they have suffered from the same type of things. Some gangs are good and some are badddd, but there will always be gangs.
