I'm a shallow selfish inconsiderate teenage girl. I don't look my best 24/7. People tend to walk by me and say something under their breath. I don't really seem to mind it anymore. You look different than me, and I look different from you. It all evens out in the end right? I'm not class president, or home coming queen. I am perfectly fine with that. I live in a town full of people going absolutely no where with their lives but not me. I am going to do something with my life. I may direct a million dollar movie, or find the cure for cancer. Then I'll be somebody. I am so tired of people faking themselves. You put on a fake personality and you sing your way into 13 year old girls hearts, or you start selling your body to playboy and make 30 million dollars for plastic surgery to make you into something you aren't. You are born one way. You can't change who you are, you can only change how you look. If someone doesn't like you one time, do you really think they are gonna like you if you change? Would you change who you are, physically so someone would like you?
I would NOT change physically or even mentally for someone. I respect your opinion about not being fake and just being who you are. I agree with that. People do fake who they are all the time and it is just annoying and irratating! I think it's cool when people do things their own way and don't even think about what others think. I am like that in ways. It's cool that you are just yourself and you won't change for anyone!
ReplyDeleteeverybody says "oh of course not! i love myself!" but i say, i hate myself anyways and so does everybody else, so i wouldn't change anything cuz it wouldn't make a difference at all anyways. yeah yeah i know i have a low self esteem, i've been told that already, i've actually had somebody try to beat the self esteem into me and that definitely didn't work out but whatever. i am what i am. thats that.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't change myself for anything, or anyone. I definitely wouldn't say I love myself, but if someone wanted me change I wouldn't because if they don't like me for who I am, I don't think changing would just magically make them like me.
ReplyDeleteIf someone doesn't like me now, why would they once I change? I would never change myself for anyone. You should be who you are and they can love you for that or decide not to. It is all up to them, If they don't like me I think it is their own problem, for all they know they could of missed out on a great friend.
